    摻釹釩酸釓晶體(Nd:GdVO4)是和摻釹釩酸釔單晶(Nd:YVO4)性質相近的優秀的激光晶體,具有優良的物理、光學、機械性能,是理想的激光二極管泵浦全固態(DPSS)微小型激光器的激光工作物質之一.它比Nd:YAG有更高的斜率效率,比釩酸釔有更好的熱導和高輸出功率,故在高功率DPSS場合,使用Nd:GdVO4的效果會比使用Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4更好。
